Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sanavira. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, you may return your purchase within the return period and receive a full refund. To initiate a return, please send us an email at support@sanavira.com

Refunds

Once your return has been received, our team will inspect your item and notify you by email whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 5–7 business days, please check your bank account again before contacting your credit card provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed and posted. Then contact your bank if you still have not received your refund. If you have completed all previous steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our team at support@sanavira.ch

Extended Delivery Times

We do not issue refunds for products that cannot be delivered to the recipient’s address, nor do we offer refunds for delivery delays – even in situations beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers who provide incorrect addresses are not eligible for returns or refunds. It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct address during checkout.
